CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH

Spend 5 one-hour sessions learning basic Spanish communication skills.  Topics include greetings, basic vocabulary, and beginning sentence structure that will enable learners to communicate on a basic level with one another- or in a Spanish-speaking country.

INTRO to SOMA YOGA

Learn to be more present in your body by practicing Soma Yoga, gentle yoga suitable for any level of yoga experience.  Attention to breathing, functional movement and meditation will be incorporated into all classes.

Bone Builders is a strength building and balance class.  The class is open to men and women.  Bone Builders is recommended by doctors in the area.

BEADING CLASS

This will be woodland style beading.  No experience necessary.  Come whenever you are able.  You can take your beading home to work on it there or leave it with the instructor and work on it the next week.

HALLWAY WALKING
When the weather interferes with your walking, come inside and use our halls. Sign in the Visitor’s Log in the Main Office, stick on your name tag, and start your walk. Three laps of all the halls is just about 1 mile.
