Mary Jo Schulke

Hello!  I am Mary Jo Schulke and I have been an Elementary Reading and Math Interventionist at Laporte for the past 4 years.  For thrity-six years prior to becoming an interventionist, I taught first and second grade at Laporte.  My favorite part of teaching has always been watching my students grow in self-confidence while mastering the art of reading and solving math problems.  

I have two daughters.  My oldest daughter is married with two children.  She teaches Early Childhood.  My younger daughter is an Ultrasound Technician in Fargo, ND. I have two grandchildren that I love to spend time with.  We love to read books, go on walks, bake, and do crafts together.
